Resort HomeShare™ typically offers six ownership interests in each luxury vacation residence. Each owner will become a member in a Limited Liability Company which will take title to the property on behalf of its members. Each member will receive an undivided interest in the property, which can later be transferred via will or deed to a family member, or sold on the open market.
