Suncadia
Suncadia is the Northwest's premier all-season resort community, located just 80 miles from Seattle on the sunny side of the Cascade Mountain range.

Nestled into the picturesque Cle Elum River valley, and surrounded by the natural beauty of the pine-scented mountains, Suncadia provides the perfect setting to relax, recreate, and re-connect with family and friends.

Recreation is at the core of Suncadia living.  Two mountain resort golf courses are challenging yet very playable, and provide dazzling views of the Cascades and river valley.  Hiking and biking trails meander through the community and lead to the doorstep of the 2.2 million acre Wenatchee National Forest.  Washinton State's only blue ribbon trout fishing stream is part of your backyard.

Suncadia Village, now under developement, will be the heart of this great destination resort.  It is fast becoming the hub of social activity, including a world class spa, swim and fitness center, skating rink, amphitheater, lodge and conference center, shops and restaurants.

Chelan

The Lake Chelan valley sits in north-central Washington State, nestled in the North Cascade National Forest.  Year-round sunny skies and hot summer temperatures provide the lure to vacation homeowners drawn to the majestic 50 mile long Lake Chelan and numerous smaller lakes and waterways.  Water activities are abundant:  sightseeing, sailing, wind-surfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, parasailing, kayaking, canoeing, rowing, tubing, paddle-boating and fishing are all popular ways to enjoy the water.

A burgeoning wine industry, premier golf courses, hiking and mountain biking trails and small town Americana complete the resort experience, with boutique shopping and an array of dining options.

Winter snow and sunny skies combine to provide winter sports enthusiasts with downhill skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing and snow-shoeing, tubing, snowmobiling, and ice skating right in your backyard.

For those looking to capture the diversity of the seasons, north central Washington State is a logical choice as the location of your new shared vacation home.

San Juan Islands

More than 170 islands comprise the San Juan archipelago, sheltered from the Pacific Ocean by the Olympic Peninsula and Vancouver Island.  But four islands served by the Washington State Ferry System - Lopez, Orcas, San Juan and Shaw - provide the most convenient destinations for shared ownership of luxury vacation homes.

Residents are drawn to the San Juans by the natural beauty and solitude of the islands.  Although separated from the busy mainland by just a sliver of Puget Sound, the San Juan Islands feel worlds away, like a continent unto itself, with their own relaxed pace of life, their own culture of rugged outdoor fun, and their own blend of social and cultural activities.

To cap it all off, the San Juans reside in their own uniquely sunny weather pattern.  Sheltered from the storms of the Pacific Ocean by the Olympic Mountains, San Juan Island gets sunshine nearly 250 days each year and only half the annual rainfall of Seattle.  It's the perfect backdrop for those seeking a luxurious second home oriented to the water.
